remove notebooks

- Delete notebooks/ (personal scratch artifacts; gitignored)
- Move nbformat to --extra migrate; lazy imports in migrate.py and
  cli.py so base CLI loads without it
- Restore langchain-text-splitters in core (chunking dependency)
